Each Atebriele bag is handmade and should be handled with care.
To preserve its shape and appearance:
Avoid overfilling the bag.
For minor marks, gently spot clean with a soft damp cloth as soon as possible.
If a deeper clean is needed, hand wash only in cold water. Machine washing even on delicate settings may distort the shape and stretch the fibers.
After washing, gently press out excess water with a towel. Never wring or twist the fabric, as this may permanently alter its shape.
Lay flat to air dry completely. Never hang while wet, as the weight of the water may cause stretching

Our jewelry is carefully selected to be worn and enjoyed every day.
To help preserve its finish, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry place when not in use.

Handmade bags are made to order.
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on order volume and material availability.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment.
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after shipment depending on destination and customs processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Every handmade bag is created to order and made especially for you. Because of this process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right.
